I have been working with Kristen for the past year and it has truly been transformational. Transformational Three Months

A Prep For Pregnancy

Erika- 5 months

I began working with KP in October 2021 and planned to wrap up by early January, 2022. Mid-way through I was enjoying her coaching so much that I decided to extend by a month to give myself more time to have her support it was working for me for many reasons. I found Kristen’s approach refreshing, encouraging, realistic, and most of all sustainable. She offered holistic wellness advice when applicable to my needs or concerns and always helped me guide myself through the journey that felt right to me.

Not only were the workouts effective, she helped me to identify and address things I was consuming that caused a roadblock in seeing results or things triggering inflammation, hormonal imbalance + acne, and other issues like digestion. On top of that she was able to confidently recommend cleaner items to swap in and out of my diet with ease. The changes I made to replace certain items with others that were similar but less triggering was both rewarding and relieving, that’s what made it all sustainable for me.

When I first set out to work with Kristen I was in probably the worst shape of my life in terms of energy, mood, and serious bloat and inflammation. I needed something more than just exercise to fix it. At the time coaching began I had plans to become pregnant within a year or so but was just going to try when it felt right for me and my Husband.

The amount of knowledge I have learned from Kristen have led me to a HEALTHY life style change that I will continue to carry through life.

As someone who didn’t have a healthy relationship with food and always thinking twice before I ate something this program completely changed that way of thinking, I have never had so much nutrition in my meals and it feels so dang good! I needed guidance and accountability, Kristen is nothing short of that, and is so supportive in every way, She won’t let you give up! Liz - 17week program

Over the past couple of years, I solely relied on Kristen as my hair hero. Once she started her health coaching business, I eagerly hopped on board as one of her health-coaching clients.

As a stressed bride-to-be, I fell into very unhealthy habits when it came to diet, fitness, and lifestyle altogether. I wasn’t fueling my body in the way it needed, and it showed from the inside out. I felt inconsistent in all things diet which caused bloating, mood swings and the most insatiable food cravings.

Kristen took the time to understand my health history, and carefully crafted workout plan & meal suggestions that worked best for me as I got closer and closer to wedding day.

Throughout the weeks, Kristen was able to make adjustments both in food and exercise that fit the needs of my lifestyle and career adjustments. When we first started working together, I was fortunate enough to belong to a gym but then had to cancel my membership. I was amazed at how nimble Kristen was in switching the workouts to be at-home friendly. At the end of our check ins, she would send over personalized amazon baskets of all the supplements and exercise tools I would need to be successful at home. Knowing I had unique food restrictions, Kristen would even take the time to send over recipes/food prep options to prepare myself when I was on the go.

Emmi - 3 month program

Working with Kristen over the last 3 months has completely changed my relationship with my body, as well as what I put into it. I have always been an avidly active person, and I pride myself on having a pretty clean diet as well. Still, I was hitting a dead end. My gut health was suffering from mismanaged food sensitivities and I felt perpetually bloated. I was really developing a negative relationship with my body, and I could tell my own self image was only going to get worse if I didn’t do something.

Kristen helped my understand the WHYS for what I was doing. She worked closely with me to develop a diet that caused all of my inflammation to subside. Learning the ins and outs of what foods were angering my body changed my entire perspective on gut health and the insane impact it has on your ENTIRE body. Kristen introduced some strength training exercises catered to my lifestyle. They coincided nicely with the exercises I was already enjoying, and she made sure I was never over-doing it (I admittedly tend to go way over the top and get obsessive with my work outs).

I wish Kristen could health-coach-me forever, but she’s even too honest to allow me to keep going with the program since she feels we have genuinely accomplished all of our goals. 10/10 DO IT, I promise you will learn so much for yourself, too.

I have unlearned so many unhealthy habits and traded them in for habits that have significantly improved my physical and hormonal health.
