Kristen really helped me learn consistent, healthy habits in terms of my workouts and food choices. She is beyond supportive and incredibly patient with adjusting your plan as needed. My body truly changed throughout the three months where I had friends even comment about how toned and muscular I looked. I finally feel confident lifting weights in the gym on my own as Kristen breaks down a workout program in a very simple format. Especially grateful I connected with Kristen these last 3 months as I’m gearing up for my wedding and want to be in the best shape possible! She has impacted my physical results, and overall her guidance has just made me feel better mentally now that I have built a healthier lifestyle. 10/10 recommend!
